Global Warming

Have you ever watched a show talking about how icebergs are melting and you say that can’t be happening? Well it is.
Some people think that climate change and global warming are the same. Actually, scientists changed the name after they realized that if the earth is getting more hot other things were going to happen, like floods and other things.
Climate change is actually caused by stuff such as carbon dioxide and methane. They make a greenhouse around the earth trapping heat, and that's good. Without that greenhouse around the earth, it would be super cold, but over time humans started making too much carbon dioxide causing climate change. But those gases didn’t do it by themselves. Other things helped such as oil, coal, and natural gas. When we use these things and others we send heat into the earth’s greenhouse, which is not good.
You might think that there won't be consequences. You're wrong. The oceans will become warmer. You might think that is good news, but it will be the cause of the death of many animals in the water. Icebergs will melt causing the ocean to rise and flood cities near the shore. It will also make some places too hot to live in.
I hope you now understand that climate change will be the death of the world, so try your best to help me make a difference.
