Outcome goals for this academic year.

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

We will increase the identification of Young Scholars (YS)  students by 20% by June 2022.

Strategy 1: Students in K-5 will be provided with multiple opportunities for Advanced Academics Critical and Creative Thinking Lessons

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

100% of students in 3rd through 5th grade will pass their Reading and Math SOLs in the Spring of 2022.

Strategy 1:  Kindergarten through 5th grade teams will have CLTs twice a week to plan for Language Arts and Math, supported by the Literacy & Math Coaches.

Strategy 2:  Kindergarten through 5th grade teams will participate in biweekly professional development supported by the Literacy Coach, Math Coach, Advanced Academics Coach, and School Based Technology Specialist, as needed.

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

Students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade will make sufficient progress to be on grade level in English and Mathematics.

Strategy 1: Student data will be reflected on during weekly Collaborative Learning Team meetings and through the MTSS process to determine appropriate Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 interventions, as needed.

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

Students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade will feel safe, included, and supported in the school environment.

Strategy 1: Students in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade will receive weekly guidance lessons and 3rd through 5th grade will receive monthly guidance lessons that focus on self-regulation and appropriate social interactions for Tier 1. Tier 2 and 3 small group and individual interventions will be provided, as needed, through the mental health team.
