Ms. Daugherty has significant experience as a teacher and administrator in Texas, New Jersey and with Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). She began her teaching career in Texas and has been with FCPS since 2000. She has taught at Lane and Glen Forest Elementary Schools before coming to Beech Tree in 2006 as the assistant principal. She completed her undergraduate studies at George Mason University and earned her master’s degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas.
